Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CORE Tools, a suite of desktop applications published by Cutline Development ("Cutline Development", "we", "us"). By logging in with Patreon and using any CORE Tools application, you agree to these Terms.

Access to CORE Tools is granted through an active Patreon membership at a tier that unlocks the relevant app(s). Your license is personal, non-transferable, and limited to use on up to 2 devices at a time. We may adjust the device limit for future tiers; any change will be reflected on this page.

You may not share your Patreon account or license with others, attempt to circumvent license verification, reverse-engineer the applications beyond what applicable law permits, or use CORE Tools for any unlawful purpose.

Your license remains active for as long as your qualifying Patreon membership remains active and in good standing. If your membership lapses, is downgraded below a qualifying tier, or is cancelled, your license deactivates at the end of the billing period you already paid for.

We may suspend or revoke a license that violates these Terms, including on evidence of sharing, abuse, or circumvention of license checks. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so except where the violation itself requires immediate action.

CORE Tools applications are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the applications.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of CORE Tools after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
