Refund Policy

CORE Tools access is billed through Patreon as part of your membership pledge. Because Patreon handles billing directly, refunds for charges are subject to Patreon's own refund policy and are requested through Patreon, not through Cutline Development.

If you believe you were charged in error, or a technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing a license or app you're entitled to, contact us using the details on the Contact page and we'll do our best to make it right — including asking Patreon to review a charge on our behalf where that's the appropriate path.

Cancelling your Patreon membership stops future billing but does not itself trigger a refund of amounts already charged; your license remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
