Cutline Development ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy, collected through the CORE Tools website and applications.

When you log in with Patreon, we receive and store the profile information Patreon shares under the scopes you consent to during login — your Patreon user ID, name, email address, and membership tier. We do not receive or store your Patreon password; authentication happens entirely through Patreon's own OAuth2 flow.

We also store license and device data necessary to operate CORE Tools: which license(s) your account holds, the devices you've activated (a device identifier and, where technically available, a device name), and activation/validation timestamps.

We use this data solely to operate your account, enforce license terms (such as the 2-device limit), and provide support if you contact us. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your Patreon token data is encrypted at rest. We retain your account, license, and device data for as long as your account exists; if you'd like your data deleted, contact us using the details on the Contact page.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you logged in (an essential session cookie). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't currently run any tracking scripts on this site.
